- Go Skate Day is this Saturday. Come to the small wheels park at 12 to celebrate skate culture, support the Skate club and see what the skaters have in their bag of tricks. Don’t forget to head over to the After Party to hear 4 rad bands all for just ten bucks! Bring your friends, see you there!

- Last day of Yoga Club is happening today after school. Get a mat from Mrs. Stopa’s room and meet in the Drama Studio at 3pm. See you there.
- There will be a meeting this Thursday for all players interested in joining one of the Hornets field hockey teams next year. The meeting will be held in Mrs. Stopa’s room at lunch. (pls leave on until Thursday)
- All art students from Term 3 and 4 please pick up your artwork from the art room before the end of the week. (please read mon-fri)
- Everything must be removed from lockers by end of day, Friday, June 20. No exceptions.
- Be sure to check the lost and found for any of your missing items before the end of the week. In addition, there are a number of small lost and found items in the office that need collecting!
- Any grads who would like their photo and quote from the grad wall please come to the art room any time today or tomorrow.
- Ms. Martins Grade 8 Foods class had their Cookie and Drink Challenge last week with a close battle, and the much-anticipated results are in. In 3rd place it was the Raspberry mint, chocolate drizzled Thumbprint cookie and a Raspberry Lemonade to wash it all down by Morgan Munday and Deegan Morgadinho. In 2nd place was the Double Chocolate caramel cookie with a Chocolate caramel drizzle/graham cracker crumb rimmed milkshake by Holden Scanlon, Henry Ellis, Nixon Heise and Chase Kirs. The winners of the challenge went to the Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie and Vanilla shake by Raina Jensen, Kynlie Hooymans and Emaan Mann. Congratulations to all of you on some very delicious creations! Ms. Martins would like to thank judges Jacob Gideon, Selena Vala and Ms. Janda!
- Congratulations to all the staff and students who participated in the SOSS Spirit Day last week. The day was a huge success. A big shout out to Link Crew for organizing the day. Huge thanks to the staff and students who ran the amazing concession. Thanks to Tickleberries for being here for the fun. Thanks to the refs who made the football games fair and awesome. All in all, it was a fantastic day. The winning Junior Team was Endzone Elders and the winning Senior team was Oozma Kappa. Way to go teams. You may pick up your prizes in the library from Ms. Wolfe.
