- The second ski trip forms are ready! Come by the PE office to pick them up. We are limited in the number of spots we have so make sure you get yours in on time! The trip will be filled up on a first come first served basis.
- The Hornet Homies will be meeting today at Lunchtime in Room 119 in the Science lab. Anyone is welcome to attend.
- Grade 8 Boys Basketball – The Grade 8 Boys travelled to Princeton last night to participate in the South Zone Championship vs Pen Hi. The Hornets put together a dominant effort to take down the Lakers 79-38. Great team effort boys! The Grade 8 Boys and Girls will host their annual Hoop Fest Tournament this weekend with action beginning at 1:00pm Friday. Go Hornets!

- Grade 12’s - need some help filling out the SOSS scholarship and bursary application forms? Remember, they’re due February 28th. Ibby and Mrs. Burns will be running a lunchtime help session in Room 109B on Monday, February 10. Bring your questions and your writing if you want feedback provided.
- Grade 9 students, please hand in your immunization consent forms to the office today.
- Congratulations to the junior girls basketball team as they defeated Summerland 40-32. It was a great team effort. The girls play for first place against Pen Hi tonight. Regardless of the outcome, they are headed to Valleys next weekend. Good luck!
- Unfortunately, the actions of a few are impacting the many. Due to the ongoing vandalism and blatant disrespect for the food that is provided, the breakfast cart will not be out for the foreseeable future. If anyone has information on who is responsible for the poor behaviour, please let Mr. Adam or Mrs. Harrington know.
