- Today in the Caf it is Fettuccini Alfredo and Italian Wedding Soup and Monday will be Meatball subs and chicken noodle soup.
- The Terry Fox run is coming up on September 26th! Make your donations for the competitive runners by the Zen Den at lunch to see them wear funny outfits. This year we are allowing you to pay an additional $10 to attend the party at the finish line – this is a pass straight to the finish line. You must pre-pay for this VIP pass – only a limited number are available. There will be a BBQ at the finish line – Hot Dogs are $2 and everything else is $1. Let’s get ready to make a difference and have some fun.

- SAGA (Sexuality and Gender Alliance) meets today at lunch in Ms. Kingsfield's art room.
- The Junior Hornets played an exciting season opener yesterday at home against Pen-Hi. Neveah Prosper had a great debut performance in goal, and the game ended in a 1-1 tie with Hornet Zoe Jones scoring for the home team. Well done to all!
- The Hornets Senior Field Hockey team hosts their Fall Festival today on the field. They take on last year’s runners up to the BC Championship, Little Flower Academy, at 9:30 this morning. Good luck to the team as they face their biggest challenge this season!
- Anyone who is interested in scorekeeping for volleyball come to a meeting today at lunch in the big gym. Everyone is welcome whether you have done scorekeeping before or not.
