  1. Today in the Caf it is Meatball Subs and Broccoli cheddar soup and tomorrow will be Tuscan Chicken Rice and Italian Wedding soup. 
     
  1. Cooking Club is starting again today! Swing by the caf to practice cooking between 3 and 4:30 on Mondays. Hope to see you there! 

 

  1. Beauty and the Beast performance is coming up fast!  Get your tickets on-line or from Ms. Wolfe in the library.  This is going to be a fantastic and fun performance you do not want to miss it! 

 

  1. Grade 9s are reminded to pay their deposit for the Gardom Lake trip ASAP.  There have only been 37 of you who have paid, and we need 50 in order to confirm the trip is going to happen!   

 

  1. Calling all Jr and Sr. boys wanting to play for the ultimate frisbee team this year. Tryouts start today after school at 3:30. Make sure to bring running shoes, cleats and weather appropriate gear. We will meet in the small gym before the start time.  

 

  1. Europe Trip participants, MOVIE DAY is happening this Wednesday afternoon. Check the Teams Chat for details and “like” the message if you’re planning to attend. See Mrs. Stopa or Mrs. G if you have any questions.  

 

  1. Grade 8 girls basketball players – please return your green and gold jerseys to Mrs. Burns as soon as possible!  

 

  1. Attention all grade 8-12 girls interested in playing soccer this season, the first practice is at 3pm sharp outside on the top field and Wednesday Feb 28th.  Please dress for the weather and be prepared to be indoors with running shoes. 

  

  1. D&D Club after school on Thursday, Feb. 29 this week. 3pm until 4:30pm. See Mr. Johnson if you have questions. 

 

  1. If you like Volleyball, come out to the small gym on Tuesdays at lunch – the net will be set up for a pick game.  See Mr. Willms if you have questions. 

 

  1. Congratulations to the 10 teams that went to the 39th annual spaghetti bridge building competition in Kelowna at Okanagan College.  The kids worked well together and had lots of fun.  We came in first, second and third out of approximately 30 teams. Good job everyone.
