1. All grade 8 boys interested in playing volleyball this year, your next practice is today from 3.00-4.30 in the big gym. If you have any questions please go and see Mr. Russo. All are welcome! 

1. The first Art Club is today after school in the art room from 3-4:15. Everyone is welcome. See Ms. Kingsfield for more information. 

1. Jr Boys Volleyball – All boys in Gr 9 and 10 interested in playing Jr Boys Volleyball are invited to the try-outs today at 4:30pm in the main gym. 

1. Sr Boys Volleyball – All boys in Gr 11 and 12 interested in playing Sr Boys volleyball are invited to the first practice of the season is today, September 11th from 4:30 – 6:00pm. Please see Mr. Kaiser if you have any questions. 

1. Tuesday September 12th there will be a meeting in the Gathering Space at lunch for all Indigenous Grade 12 students. Mr. Kitt will be our guest speaker and will be discussing Work Experience, along with dual credit programs, and answering any of your questions. Lunch will be provided. 

1. Nathan Henderson – please see Mrs. Wilkie in the accounting office at some point today. 

1. Grade 8 Girls Volleyball – practice today at 3pm in the small gym. See Ms Seymour if you cannot make the practice but still wish to participate. 

1. Grad Hoodies. Do you want one? Of course you do! Check out our school website later on today. Remember to let us know what color you want and what name you want on your sleeve. You have a week to order, so order ASAP. Deadline is this Friday. 

1. SOSS Hoodies and jackets!  If you want one, The Student Voice Club will be pre-selling SOSS Hoodies and Jackets (shell style or wind-breaker) to students and staff. Order forms will be available soon. Stay tuned for more info! 

1. The Student Voice Club meets tomorrow at lunch in room 207 and every Tuesday at lunch.  

1. Hello grade 8 and 9 Outdoor Enthusiasts! There will be an informational meeting and sign up for anyone interested in the Gr. 8 and 9 Outdoor Club on Thursday at lunch in the cafeteria.  

1. Today in the Caf it is Honey Garlic Chicken Wings, Cesar Salad and Potato Leek Soup 

1. Field hockey practice today on the top field for both junior and senior teams. Players are reminded to get their fees in to Mrs. Wilke this week, and to see Mrs. Lang with any questions. 

1. Roll for initiative! If you are interested in D&D or other role playing games, come see Mr. Johnson in room 117 at lunch today to sign up for more information! 

1. Sr. Girls volleyball team will have a meeting today at lunch in the library at 11:15 AM.
