  1. Skateboard club permission forms are ready. Come see Mr. McKinnon in Room 206 to pick yours up. First trip is next week, so be sure to get yours in! 

 

  1. Today in the Caf it is Pizza Day. Each slice is $3.00. We take cash and debit.  

 

  1. If you are interested in playing a musical instrument with other students, come to a meeting today in the Band room at lunch. Practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school starting next week. See Mr. Baerg if you have questions. 

 

  1. All grade 8 boys interested in playing volleyball this year, your next practice is Monday from 3.00-4.30 in the big gym. If you have any questions please go and see Mr. Russo. All are welcome! 

 

  1. The first Art Club will be after school on Monday Sept. 11th in the art room from 3-4:15. Everyone is welcome. See Ms. Kingsfield for more information. 

 

  1. Sr Boys Volleyball – All boys in Gr 11 and 12 interested in playing Sr Boys volleyball are invited to the first practice of the season on Monday, September 11th from 4:30 – 6:00pm. Please see Mr. Kaiser if you have any questions. 

 

  1. Tuesday September 12th there will be a meeting in the Gathering Space at lunch for all Indigenous Grade 12 students. Mr. Kitt will be our guest speaker and will be discussing Work Experience, along with dual credit programs, and answering any of your questions. Lunch will be provided. 

 

  1. Attention all people interested in Dungeons & Dragons and other Tabletop Roleplaying games. Our D&D&TTRPG club will be starting soon! Come find Mr. Johnson at lunch on Monday, Sept. 11 in room 117 to let him know if you are interested. It will not be a long meeting, simply a chance to sign up and receive more information. All are welcome – beginners who don’t even own a set of polyhedral dice all the way to jaded veteran dice goblins. 

 

  1. Grad Hoodies. Do you want one? Of course you do! Check out our school website later on today. Remember to let us know what color you want and what name you want on your sleeve. You have a week to order, so order ASAP.
