  1. Today in the Caf it is chili and cobb salad. 

 

  1. Students who participated in Mental Health Boost this year are invited to stop by the Learning Center during C or D Block today for an end of year appreciation token.  

 

  1. ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: now is the time to be cleaning out your lockers and returning all textbooks and novels to the library. You must have your lockers cleaned out by end of day TODAY as they will start to be emptied by the custodians on Monday. All library materials must be returned by Wednesday June 28. 

 

  1. Semester 2 students who would like to pick up their artwork please come by the art room anytime today or Monday or Tuesday during exam week. After that unclaimed artwork will be recycled. Students who are unable to stop by the art room to pick up their artwork but would still like to have their artwork kept for them should contact Ms. Kingsfield directly no later than Monday. 

 

  1. The final grade 9/10 Chopped Challenge of the year took place yesterday and we are so excited to announce the winners: in third place with their orange-espresso tiramisu was Curran Davies, Rhys Prudence and Merrick Ogden, in second place with their cayenne-chocolate cake with candied pecans was Rylan Bakker, Zephyr Pickell, Seth Allenbrand and Declan Sands. Finally, in first place with their orange curd glazed chocolate cake in an almond flour tweel was Kaeli Lester, Meredith Lester and Sarah Saysomsack! Ms. Frank would like to give a big thank you to this term’s judges Owen Grice, Jordyn Nelson and Ronin Van Geest! Well done everyone  

 

  1. Ms. Martins Food Studies 8 class had their Final Chopped Pizza challenge of term 4 yesterday and it was a close race with some very tasty pizzas. The judges had a challenging time with the end results, and there was a great deal of deliberation amongst the panel. In third place with their Stuffed Crust Deluxe, was Tommy Atkinson, Balpreet Brar, Desmond McCarthy and Ty Usher, in second place with their MVP was Phoenix Batyka-Michas, Deepika Brar, Christina Cebriy and Jemma McCash. Lastly, in first place with their Chocolate Heaven dessert pizza, was Myla Crespo, Alana Guttormson, Ayla Irwin and Kadence Newstead. Congratulations to everyone on a job very well done! Ms. Martins would like to give a big Thank You to her two co-judges, Lena Berukoff and Jude Splane! It was a great term everyone and hope you all enjoy your summer!  

 

  1. Gone missing from the Celebration of learning was a model of a leanardo da vinci helicopter. Please return to Mr. Basso.
