- Thank you to everyone who came out to our annual SOSS badminton tournament. The quality of play was one of the highest we have seen. Congratulations to Dilshaan and Mr. Hall for pulling out the win and earning their spot on the wall of fame. Hope to see everyone next year.
- OES Track Meet Volunteers – All students who have volunteered to help with the OES Track Meet today and returned their permission slip to Mr Podmorow are asked to meet over at OES right after morning announcements.

- Musical Theatre Tuesday May 23 at lunch. Please let Mrs. Pod know if you can not attend.
- A couple of important reminders from your administrators...
- The weather is warming up and summer is on the way, but SOSS is not the beach. Please remember that SOSS is a place of learning and a place of work and dress accordingly
- Our hallways are getting LOUD...especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please remember that classes are taking breaks at various times and while you may be on a break, another class may be in the thick of learning or even writing a test. Please keep our hallways quiet during class time and please do not enter classrooms without an invitation from the teacher
- Please remember to use appropriate, respectful, and inclusive language at all times at school! You never know who your unintended audience might be
- Last reminder...Food! We’ve got lots of it around and want to keep having food available for all students. Please take what you need as opposed to how much you can stuff into your pockets. If your friend is hungry, they can come and get their own. Make sure that all of the garbage from said food makes it to a garbage bin as opposed to the floor or school grounds please.
- The final reminder is to say thank you to everyone for all that you do to keep SOSS a safe and welcoming place for all students and staff.
