- Today in the Caf it is Free Grilled Cheese.
- Volleyball today at lunch in the small gym. Bring your lunch, gym shoes and gym clothes
- Anyone interested in playing tennis or pickle ball, please go to room 118 at lunch to let Mrs. McIntyre know that you are interested.
- On April 17th and 18th from 3-4:30 in the art room there will be a special art club with visiting artist Jan Kreut teaching students how to create cyanotypes and encaustic art. Space is limited to 10 students, please sign up with Ms. Kingsfield if you are interested – sign up is based on a first come first served basis. There will be no regular art club on the 17th.
- Attention all Gr. 10 and 12 students. Over the next two Thursdays you will be participating in the Student Learning Surveys in room 124 during C and D blocks. Today’s schedule: 8:45 Ms. Russo’s PE 10, 9:45 Ms. Frank and Arnason’s classes, 12:10 Mr. Wurf’s Anatomy, and 1:00 Ms Kingsfield and Mr. Hoffman.
- The Grad class of 2023 is having a bottle drive this Saturday at the front of the school from 10-2:00 PM. If you have some bottles, and want to dispose of them to a worthy cause, please drop them off this Saturday.
- Hope everyone has enjoyed searching for eggs! Today is the last day! There are eggs hidden in the school! Some have a note to come get an extra easter treat! Today there is a silhouette of a purple bunny hidden near the life cycle of one our food chiefs. Bring it to Tara in the gathering room for a basket of easter goodies!
- Grade 9 students.... our Gardom Lake is fast approaching. Reminder to grade 9 students that are planning to attend that your 2nd payment of $55 is due by April 17th. If you would like to pay the full balance of $110 now, you are welcome to do that. Payments can be made online or directly to Mrs. Wilkie in the office. If you have not yet signed up, but would still like to go on the trip, please see Ms. Smith as soon as possible and if the money is a barrier for your family, but you would like to go, please see Ms. Smith and we can problem solve together! It’s going to be an amazing time and we don’t want anyone to miss out!
- There will be an Outdoor Club Meeting on Tuesday April 11 at 11:15 in the Gathering Room for all Grade 8 & 9 students who are interested in the Outdoor Club. It is open to all. Come out and chat with Teacher Jen to learn more. The next outing will be Wilderness Skills day at camp Seacrest where you will learn new things like: How to create a shelter with a tarp and found materials, how to cook over a camp stove and more!
