- The Skateboard Club Logo contest closes on March 3rd at 3:00PM. Get your entries to Mr. McKinnon before the deadline. Judging will take place over Spring Break and the winner will be announced when we return. Good luck to all contestants!
- Today in the Caf it is Meatball Subs and Cream of Broccoli Soup and tomorrow will be German Schnitzel, Mashed Potatoes, Gulash Soup and Black Forest Cupcakes.
- Tickets for this year’s musical, “A Wop Bop A Loo Bop” are now on sale. You can purchase them online through the Venables theatre, or you can purchase them here at the library. The Show is March 9, 10, and 11th.
- Volleyball in the small gym at lunch today.
- If you are in grade 8 or 9, the outdoor club is planning its second event of the year! Ice-fishing is next and will take place on Tuesday, March 16th . See Mr. Willms to get a permission form. First students to have their forms in, get a spot on the bus and on the ice.
- Chess and board games club will start on Wednesday this week in Room 109b (next to the counselling office). If you’re interested, please drop by. The room will also be open at lunch on Fridays. Bring your lunch!
- Attention Grads! The SOSS Bursary & Scholarship applications are due this Wednesday March 1st! To be eligible you must submit a completed application by March 1st to the office. See Mrs. Koffler if you have any questions!
- Any indigenous and Metis students in grade 10 to 12, there will be a day trip to UBCO experience. Please see Tara in the gathering room for forms. Forms are due March 1st.
