  1. Today in the Caf it is Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Potato Leek Soup and Focaccia Bread and Monday will be Meatball Subs and Cream of Broccoli Soup. 

 

  1. Tickets for this year’s musical, “A Wop Bop A Loo Bop” are now on sale.  You can purchase them online through the Venables theatre, or you can purchase them here at the library.  The Show is March 9, 10, and 11th. 

  

  1. Attention Musical Theatre students – there will be a rehearsal this Sunday from 10-2. Attendance is mandatory.  

 

  1. Volleyball fun has begun!! The small gym will be open at lunch on Mondays and Thursdays to all students who want to play volleyball. Bring your lunch, PE clothes and proper shoes! See or text Mr. Willms on TEAMS for further information.  

 

  1. If you are in grade 8 or 9, the outdoor club is planning its second event of the year! Ice-fishing is next on the slate for the beginning of March! Please see Mr. Willms to sign up and to get a permission form.  

 

  1. Are you a chess fanatic or enjoy other board games? Mr. Willms is considering sponsoring a chess/games club. If you’re interested, see him or message him on TEAMS to get your name on the list.  

 

  1. The Sr. girl's soccer team is having a mandatory meeting TODAY at the start of lunch in Mr. Russo's science room 117 for girls in grades 8-12 seriously interested in playing soccer this spring season. Preseason will begin next week, Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm in the main gym. 

 

  1. Attention Grads! The SOSS Bursary & Scholarship applications are due in less than a week! SOSS gives over $100,000 to grads each year and grads must submit a completed application by March 1st to be eligible. See Mrs. Koffler in the office if you have any questions! 

 

  1. Any indigenous and metis students in grade 10 to 12, there will be a day trip to UBCO experience. Please see Tara in the gathering room for forms. Forms will have to be back March 1st.  

 

  1. Thank you to the members of Team Generosity for helping out with the Gr. 6/7 bball tournament yesterday at TEN and OES – Iesha Dhillon, Madison Ramsey, Kane Hicks, Justin Valla, Ryland Lebedoff, and Ravi Aujla. 

 

  1. D&D on Monday and Tuesday next week. New players always welcome --> See Mr. Johnson for information.
