SOUTHERN OKANAGAN SECONDARY SCHOOL 

                      Friday May 13, 2022. 

 

  1. Are you a champion? Do you love to feel the wind through your hair as you ride your broomstick through the skies of Oliver? Are you described as Magical? Gifted? Or as a Bludger? If you are, or want to be any of these things, get 8-10 people together and test your prowess at the SOSS Quest for Quidditch supremacy. Have your team captain sign up is on the PE office door and prepare to battle for the title of the Giant golden snitch. Any questions please see a PE teacher, Mrs. Lang and or Mrs. Seminoff. Watch the TVs around the school for more information. All teams must be coed. 

 

  1. SAGA is meeting today in Ms. Shione’s room, room 205. Everyone is welcome to join! 

 

  1. Today in the Caf it is Duck/Pork Tacos and Chicken Tortilla Soup. 

 

  1. Attention Indigenous Grads there will be a meeting today at lunch in the gathering room. 

 

  1. Multicultural celebrations are starting next week, listen to the announcements for a chance to win prizes and enjoy some amazing food in the Caf! 

 

  1. Grads of 2022, today is the last day to get the likely to’s/superlatives, and the grad write-ups/quotes, in for the yearbook. They're both due today. Direct all questions to Katie Cleave.
