Announcements November 29, 2021

SOUTHERN OKANAGAN SECONDARY SCHOOL 

             Monday November 29, 2021. 

1. All member of the Grade 8 boys volleyball team are reminded to please return in their uniforms to Mr. Baptiste by today. 

1. Grade 8 Girls Volleyball: you are reminded to return your uniforms to Ms. Ibaraki by tomorrow. Our wind up will start at 3:30 in the atrium tomorrow, Tuesday November 30. 

1. Grade 8 Boys basketball team: there is an important meeting today at lunch in the library. All players must attend. There will be practice today from 3-4 PM. 

1. Art Club after school today in the art room. 

1. There will be homework club in the gathering room from 2:45 to 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday.  

1. Late bus runs today, pick up is at 4:45 and goes to OK Falls. 

1. Today in the Caf it is Lemongrass Beef, Salad rolls with peanut sauce, Bubble Tea/Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Wednesday will be Cobb Salad, Butternut Squash Soup and Tika Misala with Naan. 

1. If you had Photo retakes done, please see Mrs. Wolfe in the Library for your photo id. 

1. Rehearsal for Oliver is cancelled for today. Thursday will be full cast. Keep practicing and listening to the music!    

1. Please bring in toys and arts and crafts items for Share The Spirit! Items can be brought into the gathering room and your name will be entered for gift cards! 
    

1. Last chance for all Indigenous students to hand in their permission forms for our field trip tomorrow. Please bring your form to the Gathering room by the end of the day today if you wish to attend. Please see Shan, Shynai or Tara, thank you. 

1. Now for today's Advent Calendar Question: At the End of a “Charlie Brown Christmas” what song do the Peanuts sing?  Please find Mrs. Wolfe by the downstairs fishbowl with your answer.
