SOUTHERN OKANAGAN SECONDARY SCHOOL 

              Tuesday November 23, 2021. 

1. The Band Room will be open today at lunch for students. 

1. The Student Voice Club meets at lunch today in room 207. 

1. Today in the Caf it is BLT’s and French Onion Soup and Thursday will be Cheesy Chicken Rice Casserole and Minestrone Soup. 

1. Grads...We hear that some of you are feeling overwhelmed and overstressed with school, the processes of applying for post-secondary, managing courses, managing demands of grade 12, CLC, etc. Your grad mentors are holding a meeting Thursday, November 25 to try and help you with some of these struggles. This will be a lunch time meeting so please sign up in the office as we’ll supply pizza. This meeting is for you to try to help to alleviate some of your stress.

1. Junior Boys basketball at 4:30, Senior Boys at 7:30. 

1. Field hockey players who wish to purchase a hoodie must do so by this Friday.  Hoodies are $35 and available from Mrs. Lang.  

1. Attention all Indigenous grade 10, 11, and 12 students there is a day on the land coming up on November 30th. If you would like to participate please come to the gathering room to pick up a permission form.
