SOUTHERN OKANAGAN SECONDARY SCHOOL 

Thursday October  7, 2021. 

1. Grade 8 Girls Volleyball today at 3 Senior Girls volleyball at 4:30. 

1. The Band Room will be open today at lunch for students. 

1. Today in the Caf it is Tuna Melts and Tomato Basil or Chicken Noodle Soup.  Dessert is Fudge crunch sundaes.  Yum! 

1. Update on the grad vs. Staff Food bank challenge...the Grads did some good work today and may have caught up! Reminder to all grads and staff to bring non-perishable food to the office and put it in your teams shopping cart! Let’s go staff...time to raid your cupboards! 

1. A huge congrats goes out to all of our SOSS students who participated in the 2021 Oliver Ambassador pageant. Mya Crowley, Jordyn Koteles and Mckenna Burns will do a fantastic job representing the Town of Oliver and our student body here at SOSS! Also thanks to the outgoing Royalty as well. 

1. Megan Donesley would like to thank all the students and staff at SOSS who supported cerebral palsy by wearing green yesterday. You are all awesome!
