- Sr Girls Volleyball – There is an optional practice for the Sr Girls Volleyball team today from 2:50-3:30 today in the main gym. All members are encouraged to attend. Please be prompt

- The Student Voice Club meets at lunch today in room 207. The club welcomes new members to work on projects that work to improve our school experience. The first Student Voice Club project is to order SCHOOL MERCH. If you are looking to get involved in the design of a logo to put on the new Merch this year, go to the meeting today at lunch in room 207. Sign up and speak up in the SOSS Student Voice Club.
- Student ID’s have arrived!! You’re A Block teacher will have them. If you have not received it please come to the Library.

- Today in the Caf it will be Terriyaki rice bowls and wonton soup.
- Attention Indigenous Grad’s there will be a short meeting today in the gathering room at lunch. Pizza will be provided!!
- Wednesday, October 6th is Cerebral Palsy Awareness day. Megan Donesley would like you to know that you are invited to wear a green shirt, if you would like. She will be wearing green tomorrow to bring awareness to CP.
- Thanks to all the grade 8’s who have already handed in their permission forms for Friday’s Day on the Land to Mr. Willms. This is a reminder to all grade 8’s to get their permissions forms into Mr. Willms, or his mail slot on his door, by tomorrow morning.
- Despite their valiant efforts in their game against Summerland, the senior girls field hockey team was unable to put the ball in the net resulting in a scoreless tie. The girls are reminded to change quickly after school and meet at the bus for turf practice today.
- Reminder that we will be having our 1st lockdown emergency drill tomorrow during Block C. Information will be sent to Block C teachers to review the procedures with classes.
- As per the Provincial Health Officer’s guidelines, masks must be worn at all times indoors except when eating, drinking or engaging in high intensity physical activity. Thanks for your attention to this.
