- Ok SOSS....the annual Terry Fox Run is tomorrow!! Get those donations to the Library and into the jar of the teacher you would like to pie in the face. Every $5 donation gives you three chances to possibly be the one to pie the teacher! Also, there will be a hot dog BBQ and ice cream treats after the run at lunch time. Everything is just $1 and all proceeds go to the Terry Fox Foundation.
- Volleyball Practices - Grade 9 Girls, Junior boys and Senior Boys at 4:30.
- Grade 8 boys Volleyball Practice is cancelled today, because teachers have a staff meeting right after school. Next Practice will be next week on Monday at 3:00pm in the Big Gym.
- Truth and Reconciliation Day is coming up on September 29th. We have Orange Shirts for sale for $18 and buttons for $2. Please see Miss Matthews in the office to purchase your shirts and buttons.
- Today in the Caf it will be Greek Wraps, veggie or Donair and Red Pepper Corn chowder.
- Art Club will be starting next week Mondays after school from 2:45-4:15 in the art room. See Ms. Kingsfield for more information.
- Hey Grade Eights! Are you interested in being a part of this year's musical production? Join Mrs. Pod and some musical theatre students next Tuesday, September 28 in the Drama Room at lunch. You will find out all about being a part of the show.
- The results of the SOSS Student Vote are in! The NDP won the most votes with 48% followed by the Conservatives with 24% and Liberals with 11%. The Greens got 8% and the PPC 6%. Thank you to all who participated.
