- Ultimate Frisbee practice today after school from 3:00 – 4:30pm. Players who have not yet paid for their practice jersey, please bring you $30.00’s to Miss. Matthews so you can get your shirt!
- The running club is planning a 2.15-mile run, tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM, to honor the memory of the children found at the residential school in Kamloops. We will meet at 7:00 AM at the SOSS front entrance. Please join us and wear your orange shirt!
- The Elbow Bump Campaign continues. If you would like to give someone an elbow bump, please see Ms. Smith to make a plan to Elbow Bump a deserving individual. We can celebrate a great test result, improvements in class engagement, random acts of kindness, a great attitude or effort in class, overcoming a challenge, and any kind of general awesomeness! Everyone in the building is invited to share in this campaign to celebrate and recognize the awesomeness happening around us everyday!
- Sr Girls' Volleyball – All girls currently in Gr 10 and 11, who are interested in playing Sr Girls’ Volleyball in September are asked to attend a brief but important meeting, today at 11:15 in room 104. If you have any questions please see Mr. Podmorow.
- There will be a grad committee meeting today in room 105. Please note the room change to Mrs. Seminoff’s room. See you at lunch.
- Today in the Caf it is butter chicken and cucumber salad and Thursday will be Pizza Subs and Green Salad.
- A reminder to all students and staff that classes are meant to take breaks together. Students, the smoke pit is not available to you at all during class time – even when your class is on a break. Before and after school as well as lunch are the only times there should be any students in the smoke pit. Also, anyone smoking or vaping is meant to be on the fence...there should never be anyone smoking or vaping on the picnic table. See Ms. Smith with any questions.
