- May is Asian Heritage Month. The Student Voice Club is raising awareness about the positive contributions made by Asian cultures in Canada. The focus this month is on 3 areas to help celebrate our diversity: "Recognition, Resilience and Resolve". The club reminds us to be active, be aware, and be accepting of others.
- SAGA club today in the drama room. Please come to the drama room at 11:30. Remember, masks must be worn the whole time and food cannot be eaten during our meeting. Can’t wait to see you all!
- A reminder for all of you that Students leaving before the end of a class are required to check out with Mrs. Koffler in the office. A parent or guardian will need to call, email or speak to Mrs. Koffler in order for you to sign out.
- Reminder that we are offering a smudge every Friday after school. We meet outside the front doors by the drama room. All are welcome. Shynai from the gathering room will be doing smudging every Monday morning starting at 8.
- Graduates of 2021...Grad Fees are now overdue. Thanks to those that have paid. Unfortunately, MANY of you still have not paid. Please bring payment to Miss Matthews TODAY. If you are not sure how much you owe, see Miss Matthews or Ms. Smith. If you are struggling with the grad fees, please see Ms. Smith asap and we can make a plan together. Simply ignoring will not make them go away. C’mon people it is time to ‘young adult up’ and take care of your responsibilities.
- Want to hear some live music today at lunch? Come to the amphitheatre in the U to check out the debut performance of The Understudies, a 90s indie rock-influenced band. Don't miss out. The show starts at 11:20 with a special guest appearance. Masks or social distancing are required. See you there!
