  1. Ultimate Frisbee practice today after school @ 3:00 – 4:30pm 

 

  1. A reminder to grads that grad fees are due and should be paid to Miss Matthews in the accounting office. Come see Miss Matthews any time with inquiries. 

 

  1. Hey SOSS.  today is the last day to sign up for the Amazing Scavenger Race!! Get a cohort team together of no more than six people and sign up outside of the Zen Den. The rules are posted there as well.  You must be signed up by lunch TODAY in order to play and your entry fee - the painted rock - must be turned into Mrs. Wolfe in the library by TOMORROW afternoon.  The race will take place between May 17-19.  Time to show some school spirit SOSS – Get involved!! 

 

  1. Today in the Caf it will be Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Monday will be Cobb Salad and Potato Bacon Soup.

  1. Hey, SOSS. You can finally order your very own yearbook for $20. Please see Miss Matthews in the office to pay or pay online by Friday, May 21st.  No late orders will be accepted. Please also keep in mind that you can continue adding your photos to the yearbook until the 21st through the yearbook page on the school website, or by emailing them to Mr. Schulting. 

 

  1. Just a reminder to Grads that the Francis Family scholarship portfolios are due on Friday, May 14th. Please hand them in to Mrs. Koffler in the office by 3:00 on Friday! 

 

  1. A reminder that the Elbow Bump Campaign continues. If you would like to give someone an elbow bump, please see Ms. Smith to make a plan to Elbow Bump a deserving individual. We can celebrate a great test result, improvements in class, random acts of kindness, a great attitude or effort in class, overcoming a challenge, and any kind of general awesomeness! Everyone in the building is invited to share in this campaign to celebrate and recognize the awesomeness happening around us everyday! 

 

  1. Grads, you have 2 more days to nominate a Valedictorian, Historians and a teacher speaker as well as give song suggestions for exiting grad. Please go to Teams and fill out the Grad Planning Survey. See Ms. Smith with any questions. 

 

  1. Grade 9s – all of your tables were left out in the gym yesterday. Please be sure to take care of them today. Thanks to all of you for continuing to clean up your own garbage and put tables away when you’re in the gyms for lunch. 

 

  1. The Fishbowls are a privilege to use. The blinds should ALWAYS BE UP in those fishbowls except during a lockdown. The blinds have been broken too many times this year because people keep yanking them up and down. Please be responsible when using those spaces. Clean up your garbage, blinds always up and sanitize the tables and close the door behind you when you leave.
