  1. Congratulations, Achile Kosaka and Fallon Brodie. You have won first and second place respectively in the Royal Canadian Legion Senior Poster competitions. Please see Mrs. Harrington for your awards. 

 

  1. Homework Club is in the Gathering Room from 2:45pm-4:00pm, all are welcome!  

 

  1. All students you are please asked to go into Teams and take the technology survey.  This survey will help with the districts decisions on where to go with future technology. 

 

  1. All semester one art students please come to the art room to pick up your artwork before the end of the week 

 

  1. Any students who are interested in participating in this years “Rip-Off Artist” challenge please come to a brief meeting at lunch in the art room on Wednesday. This will be a terrific opportunity to meet some of the amazing artists that live in Oliver and to participate in an art show.  

 

  1. Tomorrow in the Caf it is Oven Fried Chicken. 

 

  1. On Wednesday, March 10, SAGA will be visited by individuals from the Foundry. SAGA will be taking place at lunch in the drama room! Cannot wait to see you all! 

 

  1. The Oliver Ambassador program is looking for students in grades 9- 11 who are interested in self improvement,  peer networking and giving back to their community. If you are interested in becoming involved please pick up a brochure and registration form from the library learning commons. Current ambassadors Anika Franzen Brown and Phi Thai also have this information and would be happy to answer your questions. More regarding an information meeting will be announced after the break.

 

  1. Reminder to the sencleep sisters we are meeting this Wednesday at 1:15   

 

  1. The Elbow Bump Campaign continues. If you would like to give someone an elbow bump, please see Ms. Smith or Mr. Heinrichs to make a plan to Elbow Bump a deserving individual. We can celebrate a great test result, improvements in class, random acts of kindness, a great attitude or effort, overcoming a challenge, and any kind of general fantastic-ness! Everyone in the building is invited to share in this campaign to celebrate and recognize the awesomeness happening around us everyday!
