  1. Reminder to everyone that as a member of our school community it is an expectation that you wear your masks in the halls and all shared spaces at all times. If ANY adult directs you to put on your mask, be out of the hallways at lunch, etc., it is our expectation that you follow that directive. Wearing masks and following the Covid protocols helps to keep all of us, including you and your loved ones, safe.  

 

  1. There will be homework club after school in the gathering room until 4 pm. All are welcome 

 

  1. Winner for selfie with Ms. Hornet is Dayna Ingbritson-Hunt. Please come down to the office to receive your prizes. This is a daily challenge first one to find Ms. Hornet our school Elf and send it to Mrs. Stopa will win a fabulous prize. 

 

  1. We are still having our Grade wide Food drive.  So far only Grade 8, 9 and 10 have brought in food we still have not received any food from Grades 11 and 12.  Bring your non-perishable food items to the Library to add to your food tree.  The tallest tree will win great prizes!! 

 

  1. The art and shop teachers have combined forces with the math and science teachers to offer you S.T.E.A.M club! S.T.E.A.M stands for science, technology, engineering, art and math. Our first project will be to make catapults that shoot paint. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in please see Mrs. McVicar, Mr. Hofman or Mr. Baptiste to sign up, space is limited to 20 students so sign up soon to avoid disappointment.

 

  1. All the art work from term 1 is now out of the display cases please come and collect from the art room before Friday if you want your projects back.

 

  1. Grade 10 Boys Basketball today at 4:30 and Wednesday at 3. 

 

  1. Grade 9 Volleyball at 3 today. 

 

  1. Yoga Club at 3 today. 

 

  1. Math Club meets today at lunch in room 105 

 

  1. Today in the Caf it will be Perogies and Borscht. Wednesday’s lunch is waffles, fruit and sausages. 

 

  1. Reminder to Grade 9 Students that if you have your Immunization Consent forms please bring them to the office right away.
