1. There will be homework club after school in the gathering room until 4 pm. All are welcome 

1. Winner for selfie with Ms. Hornet is Ektaran Bahniwal please come down to the office to receive your prize at the office. This is a daily challenge first one to find Ms. Hornet our school Elf and send it to Mrs. Stopa will win a fabulous prize. 

1. Due to a grad meeting taking place at lunch today, the Girls Can Talk Club will be meeting in Ms. Shione’s room, room 205, at 11:30 on Wednesday.  

1. With Christmas season coming, SOSS is having a grade wide food drive for prizes. Starting Tuesday Dec 1, bring in as many non perishable food items as possible and help your cohort build a canned food Christmas tree that dwarfs all others.   

1. Starting today common spaces have changed for Grade 9s and 10s.  Grade 9s are to be in the North end of the Main Gym and Grade 10s are to be in the atrium before school and at lunch. 

1. There will be a grad committee meeting today at lunch in room 104. 

1. Today in the Caf it is Cream of Mushroom Soup and Greek Wrap Donairs. Thursday’s menu is beef dip and French onion soup!  

1. Grade 10 boys interested in playing basketball this year, please sign up on the window of the PE office today at lunch.  First practice will be Wednesday from 3:00 - 4:30.  If you cannot make it please see Mrs. Harrinton or Ms. Karrow. 

1. Congratulations to Takdir Dhaliwal for being the first one to answer yesterdays Advent Calendar Question correctly.  Now for today’s Advent Calendar Challenge.  Today is a Classroom participation Challenge.  Upload a picture or Video of your classroom sitting by a cozy fireplace.  Bonus points for including extra Christmas Cheer!  Pictures and Videos are to be uploaded to the Yearbook album on the SOSS School website and the winning class will be announced and receive their prize on Thursday.
