1. Grade 11 students...during the week of November 2-6 you will be writing the Numeracy and Literacy Assessments. These are not assessments that you need to study for, but these two assessments are graduation requirements and must be completed. There is a schedule of who will write which assessment, including when and where, on the Zen Den window. Please check and double check the list for you name. If you think your name is missing or is there incorrectly, please connect with Ms. Smith asap!  

 

1. Reminder Volleyball practice today Grade 10s at 3pm in the Main Gym and Grade 11st at 4:30 in the Main Gym. 

 

1. Kilometer Klub will meet outside the main gym at 3:00 this afternoon.  

 

1. Reminder to Mr. Hall’s PE 10 class, we will meet down at the baseball diamond for D block this afternoon.  

 

1. Field hockey players please meet at the bus after school for our field trip.  

 

1. Yoga Club will be starting next month! Anyone who is interested should come to a meeting today at lunch in Mrs. Stopa’s room.  

 

1. Today in the Caf it is Meatball Subs and Tomato Basil Soup. 

 

1. Hope everyone is enjoying Halloweek,  Tomorrow is our annual Halloween costume contest day.  Show your school spirit and dress up! 

 

1. Hey SOSS.  Do you have Talent?  We are having a cohort talent show on November 19.  The shows will take place throughout the day and each cohort will be able to see the talents of their own class.  Your act can be dancing, singing, air band, acting, juggling, stand-up comedy, etc.  Just get creative and sign-up outside the drama room to be part of the show!
