- Reminder to all Students that Picture re-takes are tomorrow, October 8th.
- There is still time to sign-up for the talent show taking place on November 6th! Sign-up now on the sheets outside of the Drama Room. You think you got talent? Don’t delay sign up today.
- Student Voice athletics will be running an intramural dodgeball tournament at lunch time starting this Tuesday. Any participants that are interested can talk to Mr. Hall in the gym for more information.
- Are you interested in science and space and taking part in an international research campaign? If so, please meet in Mrs. McIntyre’s room #118 Tuesday at lunch for a meeting.
- How to pack a shoe box: Helping children overseas through gift filled shoe-boxes. Boxes are available in the office.
- Today in the Caf it is Spaghetti and Chicken Rice Soup and tomorrow will be Shepherd’s Pie and corn bacon chowder.
- Soccer Refs needed...Are you a student in good standing in grade 10, 11 or 12? Do you have a great knowledge of soccer to share with younger students? Tuc El Nuit Elementary School is in need of 3 soccer refs for next Friday October 11 from 9:30 – 1:30. Please see Ms. Smith if you are interested. P.S......this is a great way to get some volunteer hours!
- Jr Girls Basketball – All girls in Grade 9 and 10 who are interested in playing Jr Girls Basketball this winter are asked to attend an information meeting on Tuesday October 8th at 12:45 in the library. If you want to play make sure you are there!
- Glee club is cancelled today. We will resume on October 21.
- The grade 8 volleyball teams are looking for volunteers to help with score keeping their home tournament on October 18th and 19. Any students looking to gain volunteer hours please talk to Mr. Hall in room 103.
- Late Bus today. Pick-up is at 4:45 in front of the school
- The senior girls field hockey team take on rival Maggie on the top field this afternoon. Come out and cheer them on- Go Hornets!
