- The Frank Venables Theatre has an opening for a part-time box office assistant. The hours for the position will mostly be three-hour evening shifts and will be 6 to 15 hours a month dependent on the number of bookings at the theatre. The schedule will vary from month to month. The position will start as soon as possible. The salary will be $15.00 per hour. Please see Mrs. Harrington if you are interested in applying for the position.
- Today in the Caf it is Pizza Subs and Tomato Basil Soup and Tuesday will be Macaroni & Cheese and Broccoli Cheddar Soup.
- Late Bus today pick up at 4:45 in front of the school.
- Jr. Girls Volleyball practices this week will be on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday all at 4:30.
- Sr Girl’s Volleyball Team – All members of the Sr Girls Volleyball team are reminded that there is a parent meeting after practice at 6pm today.
- The first Girls Can Talk Club meeting is taking place on Thursday after school in Ms. Shione’s room from 3 to 4. Anyone interested in fundraising for women around the world or discussing issues regarding women is welcome to join.
- Art club is starting this Tuesday in the art room from 2:45-4:30. Art club provides an open studio space for students to come and make any art of their choice. Materials and support provided. See Mrs. McVicar for more details.
- Do you want the chance to pie a teacher in the face? Come down to the library and put 5 buck’s in the teacher of your choice jar and receive a ticket. You can purchase as many tickets as you like and you could be the lucky one who gets their ticket drawn out of the bowl.
- The Junior Girls Field Hockey Team is asked to meet at the mini-bus right after school for their game in Penticton. Senior Field Hockey players have practice today.
