  1. Today in the caf there is Cream of Mushroom Soup and Breakfast Sandwiches w/ Hashbrowns and tomorrow is Jambalaya. 

 

  1. Reminder to all athletes and coaches:  students who played a sport this year and have paid their athletic fees are asked to stop by the library after these announcements and see Mrs. Wilkinson to pick up their banquet ticket. It is critical that we have everyone who is coming pick up their tickets today including all coaches so that we can let the caterer know how many people will be attending. Parents of athletes who want to attend may purchase a banquet ticket for $25. 

 

  1. Grads – Grad dinner tickets are now available in the office.  Your ticket is covered in your grad fees, and each guest ticket is $30.00.  Please confirm with Mrs Andrews your attendance for the dinner, even if you are not buying guest tickets. 

 

  1. Keep listening grads of 2019...there will be a brief, but very important grad committee meeting in room 105 at the start of lunch today. See you at lunch grad committee. 

 

  1. Europe Trip 2021. For those of you who have signed up to go to Greece and Italy in 2021, registration is now open.  Come and see Mrs. Seminoff or check out your school email account. If you have not attended the meetings and are interested in the trip, it’s not too late, come and see Mrs. Seminoff for more info. 

 

  1. Reminder to the Indigenous Grads to meet in the Gathering room at the beginning of lunch tomorrow. 

 

  1. Reminder to get your NBN Basketball Camp registrations in to Mr. Basso as soon as possible.  There are two early registration draws.  The first one will get a night at the Walnut Beach Resort & dinner for two and the second draw prize is a helicopter ride.  If you need a registration form, come to the library for one.  Your name will be entered into the early draws by handing in your registration by June 20th. 

 

  1. Big News Oliver... The Oliver Small Wheels Park is in the final running for the BCAA Play Here Prize. If we get enough votes, our skatepark could win $100,000! But we need votes. Voting is open for anyone over 19, so pass the link to your parents, aunts and uncles, neighbours and grandparents and tell them to vote everyday.   1. Please join Mrs. McVicar and the Senior Photography class this Friday night at the Oliver Museum from 6:30-7:30pm for our opening night of “Oliver in Focus” - an exhibition of landscape photography. (please read Wednesday-Friday) 

 

  1. Today is the day to sign up for your shot at badminton greatness. Meet in Mr. K’s room at lunch to sign up for the one day badminton tourney.
