  1. Information regarding auditions for this years production of Mamma Mia has been posted on the bulletin board by the drama room.  See Mrs. Pod for more information. 

 

  1.  There is a very important Grad meeting today during Core.  All grads are expected to be in the Library during Core.  Remember to bring your laptop, tablet or phone so we can make sure your Grad Trans is set up. 

 

  1. The Sr Girls and Sr Boys Volleyball teams hosted a 14 team tournament over the weekend. The tournament featured teams from the Kootenay and Okanagan regions. The Sr Girls defeated Grand Forks in the consolation final while the Sr Boys finished fourth in the tournament. Thank you to all staff and students who came out to support the teams.  A special thank you goes out to Elle, Ava, Sarah, Madison, Kamryn, Lauren, Japleen, Esteban, Chyna, Kelsey, Avery, Brendon, and Sydney who kindly volunteered to score keep during the matches. Way to go Hornets! 

 

  1. The field hockey team has a game against Keremeos today at 4:15.  The girls are getting ready to host the Valleys this Saturday at SOSS. 

 

  1. Hey grades 10-12… need volunteer hours? Why not help out at Scareview? Have fun, hand out candy, check out all the amazing costumes, and get CLE volunteer credits at the same time. Contact Kyle at Parks and Rec if interested. 

 

  1. All skaters coming on the Penticton Trip tomorrow will need permission forms by Tuesday morning. Anyone without a permission form will not be able to attend. See Mr. McKinnon for details. 

 

  1. The skatepark fundraising efforts need volunteers as early as tomorrow. Two skateboard club members are needed to represent our school on Tuesday. There will be two or three more fundraisers in November and December and we will need volunteers for each of them. It’s your park and your community, so get involved in making it awesome! See Mr. McKinnon for details. 

 

  1. Grade 8 Boys volleyball practice is cancelled today. 

 

  1. Very Important Euro Trip meeting Tuesday at break in Mr. Basso’s Room. 
     
  1. Today in the Caf it is Roasted Veggie Paninis and Butternut Squash soup and tomorrow will be Chicken Pot Pie and Potato Leek Soup.
