- Today in the Caf it is spaghetti and meatballs, pasta salad and Cream of Mushroom soup and tomorrow is Pizza Day. There is a suggestion box at the cafeteria! Please fill out a comment card for a chance to win a free lunch!
- We will be having our first set of emergency drills this upcoming Thursday. Procedures will be emailed to teachers and please review these at the start of D Block.
- Musical Theatre today at lunch. Almost audition time!!
- Sr Boys soccer team travelled to Summerland yesterday for a key league game. The team generated several chances but found themselves down 2 to 1 at the half. The teams hard working, first to the ball approach to the game resulted in them taking advantage of their chances, ultimately defeating Summerland 6 to 2. The boys continue to improve every game. The team is off to Hope on Friday.
- Okanagan College Penticton Campus is hosting an Open House on October 17 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. This is an opportunity for prospective students to speak with Professors, Education Advising, and Financial Aid and Awards.. Attendees can apply to any open OC program (Fall 2024 and Winter 2025) for FREE! Attendees can also enter into the draw to WIN a $500 tuition fee voucher.
- Reminder to both junior and senior field hockey teams of your practice today on the top field.
- Dodge, Duck, Dive, Dodge. You heard me right we will be having a dodgeball league then tournament. Sign up will be by the gym office. You need 8 players per team. We will have a competitive league and a rec league if teams permit. See Mr. Basso if you have any questions.
- Grad meeting has been moved to Thursday, Oct. 12 at lunch in Room 105. All Grads welcome to attend.
